I ask to be released from all karma

I ask to be relieved of all contracts that no longer serve me

And I know I AM unburdened

I ask to release all that I am holding on to that is not mine

And I know I AM freed

In the knowing that I AM forever connected to ALL THAT IS

I ask to restore all of me that has withered

And I know I AM healed

I ask to retrieve all of me that I have given away

And I know I AM reconnected

I ask to be returned to the greatest version of myself

And I know I AM whole

I ask to be mindful of my body

And I know I AM caring

I ask to remember to cherish my self

And I know I AM loving

I ask to be the master of my thoughts

And I know I AM aware

I ask to accept all the assistance provided me

And I know I AM supported

I ask to be shielded from all that may hurt me

And I know I AM protected

I ask to recognize my significance

I ask to notice the gratitude of others
